Eligibility for Returns

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order if:

  • The product is damaged upon arrival.
  • The product received is incorrect.
  • The item is defective or not functioning properly.
  • The item is significantly different from its description.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • Original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags must be included.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse.
  • Products showing signs of wear or use.
  • Clearance, promotional, or final sale items.
  • Gift cards and digital products.
  • Personal-use items where hygiene regulations apply.

Dropshipping Policy

Dubai Prime operates as a dropshipping business. Products may be shipped directly from our suppliers and fulfillment partners located in different countries. Due to the nature of dropshipping, return requests are subject to supplier approval and inspection.

Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

  1. Our team will review the evidence submitted.
  2. We may request photos or videos.
  3. After approval, a refund will be processed.

Refunds are typically issued within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted when:

  • The item arrives with minor cosmetic damage.
  • The customer chooses to keep the product.
  • Shipping delays occur beyond our control.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After processing begins, cancellation may not be possible.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
